Customizing the Today Screen on your ATT Tilt is one of the easiest thing to do (it was the first thing I did). To get your screen looking like the picture - yes I like my clock prominently displayed on my cellphone - download the HTC Home Plugin.

It features that huge clock and 5 or 6 tabs (icons) below which link to the hone screen, 9 contacts that you can add for fast access, weather (could use some improvement), 9 programs that you can add (again for fast access), and access to the music player. The black theme can be downloaded via Freewarepocketpc.net (but personally, I prefer the red "Guava Bubbles" that comes standard with the Tilt).
