Disclaimer: The free ringtones at Toneshared.com are short electronica type music clips. You will be very disappointed if you are expecting the latest hip hop, pop or rock songs. Instead the ringtones here are all original works from what can best be described as an "eclectic" group of artists. Each ringtone has a biography of the artist, which is a pretty cool way of discovering new talent, and the site itself has none of those disgusting pop up ads.

I downloaded the Caribou ringtone by Dan Snaith, which is a very simple ringtone. But after reading the bio on the site, I checked out his band's Myspace page which has free downloads of some of their songs. Amazing work! Well worth a listen.
